Sa 193 L7 Stud
Stud is a long threaded rod, with either threads on both ends or along the complete length of rod. The studs which have threads on ends can be classified into two types: undercut and full-bodied. According to the strength, the undercut studs are strong and full bodied studs are weak. The metric threaded rods are marked with specific color code at the end, from unmarked, yellow, green, red and white. SA 193 L7 stud is one class of studs, with high tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness tensile properties. The female threads in the SA 193 L7 stud are made using lathe machine and male threads using die tool.
Provided threaded studs have wide applications in chemical, gas, petroleum, ship construction and water treatment industries. Design and processing method of these accessories are in sync with ASME or ANSI or DIN or other global norms. Based on application requirements, these accessories are available with copper or nickel plated, black oxide treated, zinc impregnated, hot dip galvanized treated or electroplated surface finish based choice. Flat head design, coarse or fine threading, rust and moisture protected surface, standard length and width are the key characteristics of these products. Standard of these products has been verified on the basis of their diameter, strength, longevity, precision level, hardness and toughness characteristics.
